Kade Pieper is a center from Norfolk, Nebraska, who played offensive and defensive line at Catholic High School. At Iowa, he has appeared in 24 games across two seasons. In 2024, he played on the offensive line in 11 games as part of a unit that helped the team rush for 200+ yards in seven contests, the most since 2015. The offense averaged 197.2 rushing yards per game that season, the program's highest mark since 2002. He earned a spot on the Joe Moore Award semifinalist offensive line and received the Coaches Appreciation Award. In 2025, Pieper started all 13 games at right guard and helped the team gain 435 yards of total offense in a 47-7 victory over UMass.
