The 5'11", 201-pound redshirt sophomore from Marietta, Georgia, attended Walton High School, where he completed 65 percent of his passes for 3,835 yards and 50 touchdowns in 14 games while leading the team to the 2023 state title game. During his 2024 season at Wake Forest, he took three snaps against North Carolina.
