Darion Jones is a 6'1", 181-pound defensive back from Omaha North High School in Omaha, Nebraska. A four-star recruit in the 2026 class, Jones lettered three years in football and three in track and field. As a senior, he caught 25 passes for 401 yards and five touchdowns while returning 11 punts for 278 yards and two touchdowns. Defensively, he recorded 30 tackles, four tackles for loss, one sack, three interceptions (two returned for touchdowns), and six pass breakups. As a junior, Jones posted 43 receptions for 781 yards and 11 touchdowns, along with eight interceptions and 47 tackles. He is returning to Iowa in 2025 and earned Dean's List honors in spring 2026.
