Ray Coffey is a 5'10", 195-pound wide receiver from Chicago who attended De La Salle High School. He played three seasons at Olivet Nazarene before joining Iowa State as a returning redshirt senior. In 2025, Coffey appeared in 10 games with 33 receptions for 532 yards and eight touchdown catches, earning MSFA All-Midwest League First Team honors. He recorded six receptions against Saint Francis (Ind.) and a 76-yard touchdown reception against Indiana Wesleyan. Over his Olivet Nazarene career, he finished with 71 receptions for 1,303 yards and 15 touchdowns in 27 games.
