Evan Boyd is a 6'3", 212-pound wide receiver from East Lansing, Michigan, who transfers to Iowa State as a redshirt junior. At East Lansing High School, he recorded 994 receiving yards and six touchdowns as a senior in 2022, earning first-team all-state honors. Boyd redshirted at Michigan State in 2023, then spent the 2024 season at Central Michigan, where he compiled 21 receptions for 302 yards and two touchdown catches in eight games before an injury ended his season. In 2025 at Michigan State, he appeared in 12 games with three receptions for 54 yards, including a 22-yard reception against Indiana.
