Jaylen Raynor is a 6'1", 208-pound quarterback from Winston-Salem, NC who transferred to Iowa State from Arkansas State. At East Forsyth High School, he threw 40 touchdowns and rushed for 17 scores as a senior. Raynor earned Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year and True Freshman All-American honors in 2023 after passing for 2,543 yards and 17 touchdowns in 11 games. Over his three seasons at Arkansas State, he completed 758 passes for 8,687 yards with 52 passing touchdowns and 15 rushing touchdowns across 37 games played.
