Garret Rutledge is a 6'7", 310-pound right tackle for Iowa State. The Council Bluffs, Iowa native prepped at Lewis Central under head coach Justin Kammrad, where he was selected to the 2023 IPSWA 4A All-State First-Team and the Des Moines Register All-Iowa Elite Team. He helped Lewis Central win a state championship in 2023 and reach back-to-back title games. Rutledge redshirted in 2024 and appeared in all 12 games in 2025, primarily on special teams. He is a Management major and two-time Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection.
