Dominic Overby is a 6'5" wide receiver-hybrid from West Jordan, Utah, where he was a three-star recruit and top-65 prep prospect nationally. He redshirted in 2024 after appearing in six games with one reception for nine yards. In 2025, Overby played all 12 games with three starts, recording seven receptions for 87 yards and two touchdowns while averaging 12.4 yards per reception. He caught a 23-yard touchdown against Kansas State in the season opener in Dublin and added a 27-yard touchdown reception versus Arkansas State. Overby earned Big 12 Freshman of the Week honors and was named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll.
