Tyrique Tucker is a nose tackle from Norfolk, Virginia, who began his college career at James Madison after redshirting in 2022. He appeared in 13 games with five starts over two seasons (2022–23) before transferring to Indiana in 2024. In his first season with the Hoosiers, Tucker played in all 13 games and graded as the No. 9 defensive interior in the Big Ten per Pro Football Focus. During his 2025 redshirt-junior campaign, he started all 16 games and recorded 38 total tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, and 6.0 sacks while earning third-team All-America honors, first-team All-Big Ten recognition, and Academic All-Big Ten selection.
