Mario Landino is a defensive tackle for the Indiana Hoosiers who hails from Macungie, PA and attended Emmaus High School. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Landino made his collegiate debut in 2024 as a true freshman, appearing in 12 games and recording his first career sack against Washington. In 2025, his sophomore season, he appeared in all 16 games with 11 starts, including his first collegiate start at Oregon on October 11. He recorded 32 total tackles, 5 sacks, 6.5 tackles for loss, 4 passes defensed, and 2 fumble recoveries.
