Wyatt Herbel is a tight end for the Houston Cougars listed at 6'3" and 220 pounds. The Cypress, Texas native prepped at Cy-Fair HS, where he earned three-star prospect status and ranked as the No. 76 tight end nationally. During his high school career, Herbel recorded 1,200+ receiving yards and 24 touchdowns across three varsity seasons, including 33 receptions for 600 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior in 2024. He made his collegiate debut against West Virginia during the 2025 season, appearing in three games as a redshirt freshman. Herbel returns to the roster for the 2026 season.
