Kaleb Thomas is a tight end for the Houston Cougars who stands 6'4" and weighs 250 pounds. A three-star recruit from North Shore High School in Houston, Thomas was ranked the nation's No. 96 tight end by recruiting services in the Class of 2024. He played three years of varsity football and helped lead North Shore to the 2021 6A-D1 State Title, recording 18 receptions for 233 yards and 2 touchdowns in 2022. In his freshman season with Houston in 2025, Thomas played in nine games and made his first career start against LSU in the Texas Bowl. He posted a 74.2 pass block grade that ranked fourth among Big 12 tight ends with a minimum of 125 block snaps and second nationally among freshman tight ends in the same category, while not allowing a pressure, hurry, hit or sack.
