Nehemiah Warmate is a running back for the Houston Cougars standing 6'0" and weighing 190 pounds. The native of Denton, TX prepared at Ryan High School, where he rushed for 1,980 yards with 26 touchdowns across his final two varsity seasons from 2023 to 2024. As a senior in 2024, Warmate accumulated 1,331 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns while recording seven 100-yard games, helping lead Ryan to a 5A Division I semifinal appearance. He also caught 39 passes for 126 yards and one touchdown in two seasons at the high school level. Warmate joined Houston as a freshman in 2025 and is currently a redshirt freshman on the roster.
