Koby Young is a 6'0", 180-pound wide receiver from New Orleans, Louisiana, who attended Holy Cross HS. Young enrolled at Houston as a three-star recruit ranked 528 nationally in the 2024 class. He appeared in one game as a freshman in 2024, catching two passes against UNLV. In 2025, Young played in all 13 games and started eight, recording 12 receptions for 191 yards with a long of 43 yards against Texas Tech. He posted a career-high four receptions and 56 receiving yards against West Virginia and led the team with zero drops among players with at least 10 targets.
