Kenzy West is a 6'0", 185-pound defensive back from Flowood, Mississippi, who prepped at Hartfield Academy. A three-star recruit ranked No. 21 nationally by recruiting services, West played both wide receiver and cornerback in high school. Over 36 career games, he recorded 2,088 receiving yards and 25 touchdowns, along with 44 tackles and six interceptions. As a junior, West had 52 receptions for 915 yards and 12 touchdowns while adding 22 tackles and four interceptions defensively, helping lead Hartfield to a 14-0 record and the school's first-ever Mississippi 6A state title. West redshirted during his 2025 freshman season at Houston and is returning as a Cougar.
