Jordan Allen is a 5'11", 200-pound free safety for the Houston Cougars who transferred from LSU. A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Allen prepped at Lafayette Christian Academy as a three-star prospect. During three seasons at LSU from 2022–24, he appeared in six games with two starts, recording 22 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, and one pass defended across 245 defensive snaps. In his 2025 sophomore campaign at Houston, Allen started 13 games and posted 48 total tackles with 35 solo tackles, 2 pass deflections, 1.5 tackles for loss, and 1 fumble recovery. He earned a Dave Campbell's Texas Football Midseason All-Texas Second Team selection and registered an 85.5 tackling grade, which ranked fourth among Big 12 safeties.
