Evan Noel is a placekicker for the Houston Cougars who transferred from Florida after the 2025 season, during which he did not play. The 6'1", 165-pound kicker from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, was a consensus top kicker prospect in the 2025 recruiting class across multiple services.
