Evan Noel is a placekicker for the Houston Cougars who transferred from Florida after the 2025 season, during which he did not play. The 6'1", 165-pound kicker from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, was a consensus top kicker prospect in the 2025 recruiting class across multiple services. At St. Stanislaus, Noel made 109 of 119 extra points and 25 of 40 field goals for 184 career points. He recorded 123 touchbacks on 187 kickoffs and kicked a 61-yard field goal that set the Mississippi high school state record.
