As a true freshman in 2022, he completed 56.1% of his passes with eight touchdowns and no interceptions. At Texas A&M through 2024, he appeared in 15 games with 13 starts, compiling 2,694 passing yards with a 19-7 TD-INT ratio. In his first season with Houston in 2025, Weigman started all 13 games, completing 232 of 356 passes for 2,705 yards with 25 passing touchdowns and nine interceptions.
