Tyriq Green is a true freshman defensive back for the Georgia Bulldogs who measures 5'11" and weighs 200 pounds. The Atlanta, Georgia native attended Buford High School, where he was the composite recruiting rankings four-star prospect ranked #163 nationally and #8 among athletes. As a senior, Green rushed for 494 yards and 10 touchdowns on 95 carries while recording 45 tackles and one interception for 33 yards, helping Buford reach the GHSA Class 6A semifinals with a 13-0 record. In his junior year, he compiled 527 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 77 carries alongside five interceptions for 107 yards. Green also competed in track and field, running a verified 10.98 in the 100-meter sprint and anchoring Buford's 6A state title-winning 4x100m relay team as a junior.
