A native of Kingsland, Georgia, Williams attended Camden County High School, where he was a five-star recruit ranked 29th nationally. He enrolled at UGA in January and appeared in 13 games during the 2025 season. Williams recorded seven receptions for 117 yards and one touchdown, averaging 16.7 yards per reception with a long of 27 yards against Kentucky. His receiving touchdown came against Marshall.
