Tim Griffin is a 6'5", 290-pound defensive tackle who transferred to Georgia Tech from Cincinnati. A native of Covington, GA, Griffin was a first-team all-region selection at Alcovy H.S., where he recorded 25 tackles and five tackles for loss during his senior season. Rivals ranked him as a four-star prospect and the nation's No. 21-ranked defensive end. He is majoring in history, technology and society.
