Gavin Kurpis is a long snapper for Georgia Southern who hails from Warner Robins, Georgia, where he attended Houston County High School. As a senior, he earned first-team All-Region 2-5A honors and won the Robbie Hunter MVP Award at the Corky Kell Classic while recording five receiving touchdowns and four rushing touchdowns. During the 2025-26 season, Kurpis was redshirted after appearing in four games, recording 23 special teams plays including action in contests against Coastal Carolina, Old Dominion, Marshall, and App State.
