Colton Veltkamp is a sophomore outside linebacker for Georgia Southern who stands 6'1" and weighs 220 pounds. The Bowling Green, Kentucky native enrolled early at Georgia Southern in January 2025 after graduating from South Warren High School, where he earned first-team all-state honors as a senior. At South Warren, Veltkamp recorded 156 tackles, 50 for loss, and 26 sacks across three seasons, including 79 tackles with 31 for loss and 19 sacks in his final year. He also contributed on offense with 42 receptions for 584 yards and 11 touchdowns. During the 2025-26 season, Veltkamp appeared in 12 games and logged 173 special teams snaps, with game highs of 23 snaps against Southern Miss and 21 snaps each against Maine and James Madison.
