Noah Yeh is a 6'4", 250-pound defensive end for the Fresno State Bulldogs who transferred to the program after playing at San Diego and Saddleback College. He redshirted in 2023 at San Diego, then appeared in 11 games at Saddleback in 2024, recording 19 tackles and 3.0 tackles for loss. In 2025, Yeh appeared in nine games as a reserve defensive lineman, posting two total tackles and one quarterback hurry. He recorded tackles in three consecutive games against Wyoming, Utah State, and San Jose State in November. Yeh, from Orange, California, lettered at Shady Side Academy in Pennsylvania, where he registered 8.0 sacks as a senior.
