Jahzon Jacks is a 6'4", 260-pound left defensive end from East Palo Alto, California, who attended St. Mary's High School in Stockton. A three-star recruit in the 2022 class, he appeared in four games as a true freshman before earning increased playing time in subsequent seasons. As a junior in 2025, Jacks started all 13 games and recorded 29 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and four fumble recoveries. He led the FBS in fumble recoveries and finished with five quarterback hurries and a blocked field goal, helping Fresno State's defense allow 285.7 yards per game, the lowest since at least 1992.
