Jonavon Darrington is a defensive back for the Fresno State Bulldogs from Visalia, California, and attended Clovis West High School as a three-star recruit. During his senior year in 2024, he recorded 24 tackles in 11 games played and added five pass breakups. On offense, he caught 58 receptions for 719 yards and nine touchdowns, while also returning 13 kickoffs for 321 yards and earning Offensive Player of the Year honors. A tri-sport athlete in basketball and track & field, Darrington redshirted during his 2025 freshman season and is currently on the roster as a returning player majoring in Liberal Studies.
