Dylan Purter is a 6'0", 181-pound safety from Tuskegee, Alabama, who attended Booker T. Washington High School. A consensus 4-star recruit in the 2026 signing class, he ranked No. 181 nationally and No. 15 at his position per the Rivals Industry Rankings. During his junior and sophomore seasons, Purter recorded 148 tackles, eight tackles for loss, three sacks, two interceptions, and 11 pass deflections. He was selected to the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game and shared a high school teammate with Florida 2026 wide receiver signee Marquez Daniel. Purter flipped his commitment to Florida after initially pledging to LSU. He is a true freshman with the Gators.
