DJ Coleman is a 6'0", 209-pound safety from Mesquite, TX, who attended Horn High School before playing three seasons at Baylor. As a freshman in 2023, Coleman appeared in 11 games and recorded 15 tackles with two pass breakups, earning a 72.2 defensive grade from analytics services. In 2024, he played in 12 games with one start, finishing with 28 tackles including 1.5 for loss and three pass breakups. During 2025, Coleman started all but one game for the Bears, accumulating 593 snaps while posting two interceptions, four pass breakups, and a forced fumble. He now joins Florida as a transfer.
