Brendan Bett is a 6'4", 312-pound defensive tackle from Gadsden, Alabama who transferred to Florida after playing at Baylor. He redshirted in 2024 following a strong true freshman campaign in 2023, during which he appeared in 10 games and earned All-America consideration as the fourth-highest rated interior freshman defensive lineman. In 2025, his first season with the Gators, Bett played in all 12 games with starts against Miami, Mississippi State, and Tennessee. He recorded 39 tackles, 4 tackles for loss including 3 sacks (third most on the team), and 1 quarterback hurry while posting a 76.9 run defense grade.
