Nehemiah Chandler is a left cornerback for Florida State who transferred from South Alabama. The 6'1", 183-pound defensive back from Jacksonville, Florida played 11 games with 10 starts for the Jaguars in 2025, recording 32 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions and 13 pass breakups. His 13 pass breakups tied South Alabama's single-season record, led the Sun Belt Conference and ranked second nationally. He averaged 1.36 passes defended per game, ranking third nationally. Chandler recorded interceptions in back-to-back games against Troy and Arkansas State, with a career-high six tackles coming against Arkansas State. A three-star prospect from Wakulla High School in the class of 2024, he previously attended Georgia Tech as a true freshman.
