Donny Hiebert is a free safety from Gainesville, Florida who attended Buchholz High School. At Buchholz, he was an all-state selection in 2022 after recording 103 tackles, 10.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, two interceptions and two forced fumbles. Hiebert joined Florida State in 2023 and appeared in all 14 games as a freshman, primarily on special teams, recording five tackles and earning FSU Special Teams Newcomer of the Year and All-ACC Academic Team honors. In 2024, he appeared in 12 games and recorded 10 tackles including seven solo stops. During the 2025 season, a season-ending injury limited him to six games, in which he contributed three tackles mostly on special teams. He graduated with a finance degree in Fall 2025 and was named to the 2025 All-ACC Academic Team.
