RJ Garcia II is a 6'0", 180-pound wide receiver from Tampa, Florida, who attended Berkley Prep before playing at Bowling Green. A redshirt senior in 2025, Garcia appeared in 12 games with eight starts, recording 27 catches for 283 yards. He notably threw a 73-yard touchdown pass against Toledo and rushed for 34 yards against Ohio. Garcia joined Florida Atlantic as a transfer in January 2026. At Kansas State, he earned Second Team Academic All-Big 12 honors in 2023 after tallying 14 receptions for 184 yards across 12 games with four starts.
