Gabriel Birnbaum is a 6'3", 290-pound defensive lineman from Boca Raton, Florida, who plays for the Florida Atlantic Owls. A junior in 2026, Birnbaum joined the program in January 2024 after playing for Monarch High School under coach Calvin Davis. At Monarch, he recorded 142 career tackles including 58 solo tackles, 35.5 sacks, and 6.5 tackles for loss while forcing four fumbles and recovering three.
