Jaivian Norman is a 5'9" nickelback for Eastern Michigan who hails from Springfield, Ohio, where he attended Springfield High School. A two-star recruit in the 2023 class, Norman redshirted in 2023 after earning Scout Team Player of the Week honors twice. He appeared in all 12 games during 2024 with six starts, recording 25 tackles (14 solo), 1.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks, and two pass breakups. In 2025, Norman played in 10 games with three starts, tallying 16 total tackles (9 solo), two tackles for loss, and one pass deflection against Kentucky. The Construction Management major returns as a senior for the Eagles in 2026.
