Zach Caulder is a left tackle from Cheraw, South Carolina, standing 6'1" and weighing 251 pounds. He attended Cheraw High School, where he appeared in seven games during his senior season as a two-sport athlete in football and basketball. At Averett, Caulder earned two letters and played in 14 career games with three starts, primarily at left tackle against Hampden-Sydney, Bridgewater, and Shenandoah in 2023. He recorded two solo tackles during his time with the Cougars. Caulder joined East Carolina as a walk-on transfer in summer 2025 and did not see game action in his first year with the Pirates.
