Marleo Neolien is a 6'7", 310-pound left tackle from Freeport, NY, who attended St. Thomas More and Long Island Lutheran High School. He committed to East Carolina on January 24, 2023, and redshirted that year. In 2024, he did not compete. During the 2025 season, Neolien appeared in 11 games with one start, accumulating 122 offensive snaps while also seeing special teams action. He made his collegiate debut against Campbell and started at Tulane. The Pirates' offense ranked among the FBS top 25 in passing yards (19th, 272.7), total offense (19th, 449.0), first downs (22nd, 303), and scoring (24th, 32.7).
