Terande Spencer is a 6'3", 235-pound defensive lineman for the East Carolina Pirates. The Rockingham native committed to ECU on June 15, 2025, and enrolled early in January 2026. At Richmond County High School, Spencer appeared in 34 career games and recorded 260 tackles with 77.0 tackles for loss, including 32 sacks. He added two interceptions, six fumble recoveries, four forced fumbles, and 20 pass breakups, earning two-time Mid-South Conference Defensive Player of the Year honors (2024-25). As a senior, he totaled 91 tackles with 23.0 TFLs and 9.0 sacks. Spencer is a three-star prospect ranked 602nd nationally in the 2026 class.
