Ian Hemilright is a sophomore offensive lineman for East Carolina, standing 6'4" and weighing 280 pounds. A native of Cary, North Carolina, Hemilright attended Rolesville High School, where he played all five offensive line positions during his senior season as the Rams reached the NCHSAA 4A State Finals. He previously spent two seasons at Green Hope High School. Hemilright redshirted during his lone year at Campbell University in 2024 before joining East Carolina as a walk-on transfer in spring 2025. He did not appear in games during his first season with the Pirates.
