Bio

Jonah Burton is a graduate transfer wide receiver from Idaho State who previously spent four seasons at Baylor (2021-24). The Simi Valley, California native appeared in 18 career games with three starts, recording 31 receptions for 373 yards, five carries for 17 yards, and one kickoff return for 14 yards. Burton caught six passes against Cal Poly and posted a career-high 88 receiving yards against Texas State in 2023. He made a 40-yard catch versus Weber State in 2025. At Baylor, he contributed to a 29-23 overall record, a 19-17 Big 12 mark, the 2021 Big 12 Championship, and a 2022 Allstate Sugar Bowl victory over No. 8 Ole Miss.
