Javen Nicholas is a graduate transfer wide receiver from Charlotte who joined Duke for the 2026 season. The New Orleans native began his college career as a preferred walk-on at LSU (2022–2024), where he appeared in 38 games with 11 starts, recording 64 receptions for 766 yards and five touchdowns, plus seven rushes for 36 yards. During his 2025 season at Charlotte, Nicholas caught 11 passes against North Carolina and surpassed 100 receiving yards twice, including 187 yards against North Texas where he also scored two touchdowns. Across his college career, he has totaled 30 points from five receiving touchdowns.
