Chadwicke Cannon Jr. is a freshman defensive tackle for Duke, standing 6'1" and weighing 280 pounds. From Port Orange, Florida, he attended Spruce Creek High School, where he lettered three seasons under head coach Andy Price and earned defensive MVP honors following his senior year. As a senior, he recorded 80 tackles, 20.0 tackles for loss, 7.0 sacks and four caused fumbles while helping the Hawks to a 9-3 record and a second-round state playoff appearance. Cannon also competed in weightlifting, claiming the 2025 District 4-3A unlimited weight class Olympic total title with 535 pounds. He enrolled at Duke in January 2026.
