Brett Elliott is a tight end from Holliston, Massachusetts who lettered four seasons at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, where he earned two-time first team All-ISL and All-New England honors along with two Boston Herald and Boston Globe all-scholastic selections. He helped lead his high school to a New England State Championship during his senior year. A three-star prospect by major recruiting services, Elliott joined Duke as a member of the 2024 class. He did not see game action in 2024 or 2025. Elliott, a public policy major with a minor in economics, is a returning tight end for the 2026 season.
