Jake Taylor is a tight end for Duke standing 6'5" and weighing 240 pounds. A native of Apex, NC, Taylor lettered three seasons at Cardinal Gibbons before joining the Blue Devils as a three-star recruit in 2022. Across 32 career games (six starts), he has recorded 14 receptions for 108 yards. In 2024, Taylor appeared in all 13 games with six starts, catching 11 passes for 74 yards after stepping into a starting role due to injuries. During the 2025 season, he played in 13 games, missing only the NC State contest, and caught two passes for 20 yards. Taylor was named Academic All-ACC in both 2024 and 2025.
