Noah Matthews is a left defensive end from Bridgeville, Delaware, who attended Woodbridge High School before playing three seasons at Kentucky. In 2022, he redshirted and saw action in four games. During his 2023 campaign, he appeared in 10 games with six tackles. In 2024, Matthews played in all 12 games with two starts, recording seven tackles, one TFL, one fumble recovery, and one quarterback hurry. Transferring to Delaware for 2025, he appeared in all 13 games and made 12 starts, finishing with 30 total tackles, 7.0 TFLs, 2.0 sacks, five QB hurries, and one pass deflection.
