Nick Minicucci, a senior quarterback from Midland Park, NJ, is a returning starter for Delaware. In 2025, he appeared in all 13 games with 12 starts, completing 322 of 514 passes for 3,671 yards and 23 touchdowns while adding 112 rushing attempts for 235 yards and 10 touchdowns. He ranked 6th nationally in passing yards and 8th with 283.3 yards per game. Minicucci became the first Delaware quarterback since Pat Devlin in 2009 to throw for 400+ yards in a game and the second program quarterback to record 20 passing touchdowns and 10 rushing touchdowns in a season.
