David Oravetz is a true freshman tight end from East Greenwich, New Jersey who attended Kingsway Regional High School. At Kingsway, he was a three-year starter and two-time captain who finished his high school career with 3,817 passing yards and 40 passing touchdowns. In the 2025 state semifinal, he completed 21 of 25 attempts for 233 yards with three passing scores and one rushing touchdown. He earned first team all-conference honors, was named Maxwell Club New Jersey Player of the Year nominee, and received multiple Scholar Athlete awards. Oravetz also competed in basketball and volleyball, earning second team all-conference recognition in the latter sport. He joined Delaware as a member of the 2026 recruiting class.
