Sean Kinney is a center from Nazareth, Pennsylvania who transferred to Colorado from Lafayette. At Nazareth High School, he earned All-State honors on the offensive line and was a three-time state wrestling champion. During his time at Lafayette, Kinney started all 12 games in 2025 and earned league honors. In 2024, he appeared in all 12 contests with starts at right guard, left guard, and center, and was named to The Sports Network Freshman All-America Team. He helped Lafayette's running back rush for 1,000 yards for a second-consecutive season. Kinney enters Colorado as a three-star transfer prospect rated No. 738 overall in the portal and No. 46 among interior offensive linemen as of January 29, 2026, with three years of eligibility remaining.
