Josiah Manu is a true freshman defensive lineman for the Colorado Buffaloes from Loveland, Colorado. At Thompson Valley High School, he played four varsity seasons under head coach Jamie Steele, recording 137 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, three sacks, and three fumble recoveries across both sides of the ball. His junior year proved exceptional as Thompson Valley went 14-0 and won a state championship, earning him first team All-State and Conference Offensive Player of the Year. A consensus three-star prospect ranked 1,320 nationally, Manu stands 6'5" and weighs 295 pounds.
