Gage Goldberg is a linebacker for the Colorado Buffaloes at 6'0", 210 pounds, from Boerne, Texas, where he attended Champion High School under coach Keith Kaiser. As a true freshman in 2024, he appeared in three games, including his collegiate debut against Arizona, and logged 11 defensive snaps along with one snap on kickoff return and one tackle. During the 2025 redshirt freshman season, Goldberg played in nine games, primarily on special teams with 81 snaps across kickoff, kickoff return, and punt return units, accumulating 10 special teams points. He contributed two fair caught kickoff returns and one fumble recovery. Goldberg is the second family member to play at Colorado, following his cousin David Goldberg, who lettered there from 2009-11.
