Carson Crawford is a 6'4", 220-pound linebacker from Carthage, Texas, who played four varsity seasons at Carthage High School under coach Scott Surratt. A three-star recruit in the 2026 class, he compiled 97 total tackles, 23 quarterback hurries, 16 tackles for loss, and six sacks as a senior while leading Carthage to a 13-0 record. During his junior year, he recorded 91 tackles, 22 tackles for loss, and nine sacks on a 15-1 state championship team, producing nine tackles and 2.5 sacks in the title game. Crawford also contributed on offense with 15 receptions for 198 yards and three touchdowns in 2025. He currently wears No. 51 for the Colorado Buffaloes as a true freshman.
